We are looking for a proactive candidate, who

• Serves as a point person across teams throughout the Application Development by providing direction and guidance to individual associates, project teams and groups, as assigned
• Provide support and enhancements to existing applications, as well as new development
• Analyze requirements, write design documents, write automated unit tests and test plans
• Three years leadership experience guiding teams through application design
• Five years development experience using Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET using C#, SQL Server, XML and ADO.NET
• Experience with object modeling techniques, i.e. use cases, and class diagramming, sequence diagramming and design patterns
• Full knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle
• Full knowledge of Visual Studio Team System 2005, 2008
