In line with its role of awareness, SFDA launched a Health Awareness Portal for children between the age of 4-12 in the field of Food, Drug & Medical Devices, entitled, " Future Generation http://www.jeelalghad.com/ " in order to create an educated and informed generation which is aware of its food & health needs. The website's messages are based on a fundamental education principle, i.e:" Learning by Entertainment".

The Portal includes section like:

• Play & Have Fun
• Draw & Color
• Read & Learn
• Interactive field

The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) was established under the Council of Ministers resolution no (1) dated 07/01/1424 H, as an independent body corporate that directly reports to the Premier.
